Your Role as an Affiliate

As an affiliate, you are free to:

You are not expected to:

• Offer customer service on behalf of LucidAscend.

• Make medical, financial, or exaggerated claims.

• Use paid advertising or misleading tactics to drive traffic to your link.

Terms and Conditions

By joining the LucidAscend Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility:
  You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a region where affiliate marketing is legally permitted.

• Commissions:
  You will receive a percentage of each successful sale made through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and schedules will be clearly outlined upon joining and may be updated with reasonable notice.

• Payouts:

• Promotion Ethics:
  Affiliates may not use deceptive or spam-based tactics. Your promotion should reflect the values of LucidAscend: sincerity, clarity, and respect. Misrepresentation of our content or brand may result in termination from the program.

• No Employment Relationship:
  Participation in the affiliate program does not create any form of employment, partnership, or agency. You act as an independent promoter and are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting in your region.

• Termination:
  Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason. Any unpaid, eligible commissions will be honored if earned before termination.

• Changes to the Program:
  LucidAscend reserves the right to modify the terms, commission rates, or structure of the affiliate program. Affiliates will be notified in advance of significant changes.

• Limitation of Liability:
  LucidAscend is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred through participation in the affiliate program. You agree to hold harmless the brand and its representatives from any claims or disputes that may arise.
